Godstone Village School is a Foundation Co-educational Primary and Nursery school. We also have a Breakfast and After School Club
**********************************************************************
The school is in
an idyllic and quiet location overlooking Godstone Green.
It is a small friendly school and plays an important role in the thriving
community of Godstone Village
Our core values are:
- We feel SAFE
- We take RESPONSIBILITY
- We have FUN
- We work as a TEAM
- We LISTEN and TALK to each other
- We will keep LEARNING
- We HELP and RESPECT each other
- We respect and celebrate INDIVIDUALITY
Our School provides a happy and caring environment in which every child is
special. Our aim is to instil an enthusiasm to learn, to encourage caring
and respect for others and self-reliance. We combine traditional and
modern teaching styles to ensure that the individual progress matches each
child's developing abilities. Teaching is organised to encourage
excellence and enjoyment enabling each child to achieve their full potential
well beyond the requirements of the National Curriculum. To meet his/her
challenge, all children are introduced to additional subjects such as French and
recorder classes.
